Product features

The whole line adopts a high-precision visual positioning correction system to calculate the product alignment error, guide the dispensing head to dispense, and guide the assembly head to conduct high-precision assembly. The filter is assembled into the lens barrel through a high-precision flexible assembly head.

According to the capacity requirements, the equipment is equipped with 2 sets of dispensing mechanism and 1 set of filter assembly mechanism. The pallet is loaded with clips.
