Product features
The lens and the light shielding sheet are assembled into the mirror by the high-precision flexible assembly head according to the process sequence, and then the glue is dispensed for packaging. The high-precision visual positioning correction system is adopted to realize the precision assembly of the lens and the light shielding sheet.
The whole assembly line is composed of lens assembly machine and dispensing machine. The number of lens assembly machine and dispensing machine can be flexibly matched according to the requirements of lens assembly process.
