Product features
The lens and the light shielding sheet are assembled into the lens barrel through a high-speed and high-precision flexible assembly head. The high-speed and high-precision visual positioning and correction system is adopted to realize the precision assembly of the lens and the light shielding sheet. The last station equipment is used for dispensing and packaging.
The whole assembly line consists of lens assembly machine and dispensing machine. The number of lens assembly machines can be increased or decreased according to the requirements of lens assembly process.
